Kolibri Expeditons
Kolibri Expeditions based in Lima, Peru has low budget birding trips to all corners of South America, but particularly Peru. While you need to be fairly fit for some of these trips, where walks may be involved for some more exclusive endemics, Kolibri Expeditions has recently started less adventurous programs through their Marvelous Spatuletail Tours. The MST programs take you to some of the best areas of Peru with comfortable lodging and with time enough to to get good views of the birds. Kolibri Expeditions also runs the unique pelagics from Lima that has become a success in recent year. Kolibri Expeditions supports the conservation work of threatened species of the local NGO Incaspiza.

Their leaders are fluent in at least English and Spanish. Bird-watching trips are led by very experienced neo-tropical ornithologists.
