This British Company is a small, specialist tour operator, with a simple aim - to provide the most enjoyable guided wildlife holidays possible! Many of their leaders while all round naturalist are first and foremost birders. One of the few trips to the Falklands that is land based departing by air from the UK and travelling among the islands by air. Their plane stops briefly in Ascension that allows time to see the endemic Frigatebird.

Victor Emanuel Nature Tours (VENT)
Founded in 1974, it is now the largest company in the world specializing in birding tours. Their Lost Islands of the Atlantic cruise which begins in the Canary Islands, stops first at Cape Verde Islands then Ascencion, St. Helena, Tristan da Cunha, Nightingale Island, Gough, South Georgia and the Falklands. Not offered in all years.

All WINGS leaders have varied interests in natural history and other more or less closely related fields, but the timing and itinerary of our trips are dictated almost entirely by ornithological considerations. Wings Atlantic Odyssey: Antarctica to Cape Verdes with stops at Tristan da Cunha and St. Helena is not offered every year.
